We offer two separate categories of consent:

• Service messages (required for quote requests): Appointment confirmations, quote follow-ups, and service notifications directly related to your inquiry or engagement with SchedulePeak.
• Marketing messages (optional): Special offers, service updates, industry tips, and promotional communications.

Each consent is collected through a separate, clearly labeled checkbox. Marketing consent is never required to receive a quote or to use our Services.

4.2 Message Frequency, Rates, and Help

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. SchedulePeak does not charge a separate fee for SMS messaging.

4.3 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of any SchedulePeak text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Following an opt-out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing hello@schedulepeak.com.

Opt-outs are honored across all message types from SchedulePeak (both marketing and non-marketing) and are processed within 24 hours.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We may share information with vetted vendors who help us operate our business — for example, hosting providers, customer relationship management software, email and SMS delivery providers, and payment processors.
